Troxy
Website redevelopment for iconic live events venue

Agency
Plaster
Troxy’s digital revival
Troxy is a renowned Art Deco events venue in London with a rich cultural history and a vibrant calendar of live performances that includes Liam Gallagher, the Cure and Happy Mondays (My personal favourite). The team commissioned a complete website rebuild to align with their refreshed branding and improve the digital experience for both audiences and internal teams.
While working at Plaster, I led the development of the new site—translating the refreshed designs into a responsive, accessible, and high-performing WordPress build. A key focus was on developing a custom CMS tailored to Troxy’s needs, enabling the internal team to manage content and event listings easily and efficiently.
A major technical component of the project involved upgrading and integrating the DICE API, which powers the site’s event listings. While I didn’t directly handle this integration, I worked closely with the development team to ensure the solution was robust, scalable, and aligned with the overall site architecture—resulting in accurate, real-time syncing of Troxy’s calendar and a smoother user experience from event discovery to ticket purchase.
The result is a bold, user-friendly website that reflects Troxy’s identity and supports its growing digital presence.
