Modernising mobility
Oak Tree Mobility specialises in mobility products including rise and recline chairs, adjustable beds, and bath lifts. Working in-house as part of their team, I led a full redesign and rebuild of their website to modernise their brand and digital presence.
The project focused heavily on improving the user journey to better align with Oak Tree’s refreshed positioning in the digital space. A core priority was lead generation. Through extensive research, design iterations, and testing of landing pages, we achieved a remarkable 42.97% increase in conversion rates, significantly boosting enquiries and sales potential.
The existing website was built on an outdated WordPress version and frequently broke during content updates, creating frustration for the internal team. To solve this, I rebuilt the site using Next.js, delivering a faster, more reliable experience with a custom headless CMS powered by Strapi. This solution provided a seamless content management experience and improved site performance, ensuring Oak Tree’s website is future-proofed and scalable.
In addition, I managed the integration and connection of the website with the company’s CRM systems, Pardot and Salesforce, ensuring that lead data flowed accurately and efficiently to the sales and marketing teams. This seamless CRM integration helped maximise lead tracking and nurturing capabilities and played a vital role in driving the significant conversion uplift.
The result is a modern, user-friendly website that not only reflects Oak Tree Mobility’s updated brand but also drives meaningful business growth through smart digital strategy, robust development, and powerful CRM connectivity.
